昨日、日本時間で一昨日ですか、ソニーのローリーが発表されましたね。ネットでいろいろと注目されてたみたいですけど、僕は銅が共有サイトなのかと思ってたら、よく考えたらついこの間アイビオってのが始まったばっかりでしたね。 いや〜、でもロボットですか？踊るんですか？んんんん。。。。１ギガで３万後半。。。どういう人たちが買うんでしょうか。。。とか思っていろいろと紹介する記事を見てました。動画付きのがよくありましたね。何個みても納得いかないまんま、アスキーにたどり着きました。ここでも動画が。タイトルが、モーションやUIに「おー！」 これが『Rolly』の楽しさだ、と。その下に、奥さん、お宅のタマゴが踊ってるよ！、と。まあいつも通り面白く、と思いいくつもある動画を見始めました。そしたら、びっくり。購入しようかとまで思わされました。いや、これはローリーの性能とかは別にアスキーの記事のまとまり方がすごくよくて、内容も他の同じニュースを伝えてるところよりわかりやすくできてまして、さすがだと思いました。それでローリーの魅力を動画で見ました。アスキーの動画で見るとよくわかります。面白そうですね。適当に音楽に合わせて動くのかと思ったら、面白い動きを納得できるようにしてます。まあそれをずっと見てるかどうかは別でしょうけど。いや、正直面白かったです。リンクが ↓

っていうか、それじゃなくて安倍主相が辞任したことでしょ？ まあそうですけど、政治がいまいち自分が毎日考えてることの一つじゃない僕には他こっちのいろいろの方が面白いです。
もう一つ、アスキーの記事でアップル関係で、「アップルストアじゃ“手に入らない”何か」、という記事です。何がって、今年の２月にニューヨークへ行ったときに電気やめぐりをしたんですけど、五番街のアップルストアへは行けなかったんです。でもそれ以外には行ったと思ってたら、この記事で他にも面白そうな店も紹介してたので面白いと思いまして。リンク↓

出たばっかりのiPodナノ、評判いいですね。はっきり言ってほしいです。一世代目のシャッフルを持ってるんですけど、音楽を聴くには不便じゃないんですけど、ポッドキャスとなると。。。困ってたんです。でも新ナノだったらビデオポッドキャスとまでここに入れて、コンパクトに収まるのがいいかなと思ってます。値段もいいですし。タッチもいい感じなんでしょうけど、１６GBだと。。。動画を見るんだったらPSP持ってますし。ナノはiチューンズと連携して使えばいいかなと。

新iPod誕生 ＋ 新iMacのレビュー
出ました出ました、ホリデーシーズン狙いのiPodの軍団。 いいですね〜。 あのタッチとかが特に。 まとめると、シャッフルが色が増えて画面がないのは同じ、ナノは画面が２インチになって横に伸びましたね、それで今までのiPodがクラシックという名前に変わり画面のサイズが同じ２．５インチでフロントにアルミ素材を使用、そしてアイフォンに似たタッチ、念願の電話機能がないアイフォンですよ。３．５インチのタッチスクリーンに無線LAN搭載でもちろんブラウザーが搭載でこれがサファリ。その機能を使いネットから音楽が買えるようになりました。そして容量が８GBと１６GBのフラッシュですね。この機種の残念なところがカメラがないところです。アイフォンがカメラ付きなのがタッチにはないです。容量も僕的には残念なところですけど。だって、３．５インチの画面がを持てるんだからもちろん動画を見たいでしょうに、なんでハードディスクじゃなくてフラッシュ？iPodクラシックには８０GBと１６０GBですよ？ 普通に考えて画面が大きいフラッグシップの方に大容量を入れるでしょ！？ まあしょうがないですけど。
電話機能のないアイフォンが出たら即買いしようかと思ってたのに、この容量じゃ満足いかないです。PSP用の８GBのメモステを１５０ドルで買うか、この新型iPodを３９９ドル買うかって所なんですけどね。PSPの画面の方がいいし、無線LANも搭載ですし、でも。。。iチューンズとiPodとの連携も見逃せないんですよね〜。 ああ、困った。
新型iMac、いいですよ。発表された日に探しに行ったんですけど、早すぎでした。スケジュールが合わずに一週間が過ぎ、それでやっと触りに行きました。きれいですね、薄くて、かっこ良くて、シンプルで。あのスピーカーの位置とか、ねじ一本でメモリーが交換できるところとか、カメラがもっと目立たないところとか。よく考えてあるもんです。それでもってあの値段ですからね。それにあの薄さで３．５インチのハードディスクを１テラバイトまで入れられるところはびっくりです。新型キーボードもかっこ良くなって、もっと薄くなりながらも頑丈になり、すばらしいの一言。 いつか居場所が落ち着いたら一台欲しいもんですな。

New iPod line up 2007
The speculations are over. There they are. The new iPods. Shuffle, nano, classic, and Touch. No screen, 2-inch, 3-inch, 3.5-inch touch screen. Apple works vert well on keeping that market share.
New serivices or features are the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store (note that this is music only), Wi-Fi for the new Touch, then off course Safari with it, new name of classic for the original iPod.
I wanted a camera for the Touch just like the iPhone but wasn't possible. At least there is Wi-Fi which expands possibilities. For instance, I thought programmers could come up with Skyoe for this. But, if you think very well this isn't a PDA, so there is not many ways to connect this with other stuff, in this case like an microphone. But, but, I thought maybe this would be possible through the connection it has on the bottom. Nnnnn, but this would be possible if Apple releases such adapter for it which I think is unlikely. It is pretty confusing because it has all these capabilities that make you imagine possible add-onns but at the same time you have to remember that this is not a PDA.
I was pleased to see the 160GB iPod classic. But........., common sense, if youare going to have a beatiful 3.5 inch screen, you would want to watch lots of videos on it. Then putting an at least 60GB HDD in the Touch would have been wonderful. But they went ahead with flash of 16GB limit. Now I don't know wether I should buy a 8GB MSProDuo for my PSP for $149 or the Touch wih 16GB for $399 when the PSP has a better screen and Wi-Fi. I'm not going to buy songs wirelessly....but the syc between the iPod and iTunes is attractive.

Washlets? and new iMac review
First of all, it had been a while since I don't post anything here. I said I was going to post my thoughts about the new iMacs. I went to the Apple Store the next day but they were not there yet. I went there later in the week and was able to see and play around with many of them. It was not dissapointing at all. The way they use colors, at the front and back and the location of the speakers, how they iSight camera is even more invisibIe, I really liked it. Also the keyboard. Metallic, simple, thin, beautiful. Just like the pictures that appeared on the web before the event. I just don't believe nono of the keyboard or computer makers thought of a sleek cool keyboard like that one. Technically thinking, is nothing impossible. I can't wait to see the wireless version of it which production seems to be a little behind.
Ok, that was the new iMac. Now, I just saw this article in ITMedia (see links) about washlets. I don't know if you can imagine what I am talking about. I heard people talking about them that is the only reason I know them. I have not seen one or used one before. These are automatic high-tech toilets. I went to this link www.cleanishappy.com/ that was posted in the article. As you can see by going to the link, this is in English. The site is mainly informative. It gives you lots of facts that make you think about these toilets. I was surprised to hear how many people in Japan use these toilets. The company behind this is TOTO which is based in Japan. You can find more about it on the site. What was funny about the article is that the translated title read like this: Following American's behinds, High-tech Japanese washlets.
